This is a medical-aesthetic treatment that combines a sub-ablative fractional laser (thulium laser, wavelength ~1927 nm) with the application of highly concentrated cosmeceutical serums or ampoules (vitamin C, A, tranexamic acid, etc.).

Objective:

To create micro-channels in the epidermis to stimulate skin regeneration, promote neocollagenesis, and enhance the penetration of topical active ingredients.

How it Works – Step by Step

1. Sub-ablative fractional laser

The thulium laser creates tiny micro-channels in the epidermis without fully ablating the skin surface. This stimulates tissue repair, collagen production, and improves skin texture.

2. Assisted Cosmeceutical Delivery

After the laser treatment, specialized cosmeceutical serums or ampoules containing powerful active ingredients are applied.
The micro-channels act as “tunnels” that allow these ingredients to penetrate the epidermis and even reach the upper dermis more effectively.

3. Repair & Protection

Following the session, repair creams, hydrating products, masks, and high-level sun protection are used to support skin regeneration and protect it from damage.

4. Cumulative Effect

Several sessions are usually needed (typically 3 to 6 sessions, spaced about one month apart), depending on the individual’s skin condition and tolerance. Each session contributes to improving texture, evening out the complexion, and reducing wrinkles and pigmentation.
